Manaki is an olive variety that has been cultivated in the region of Lefkada, in Syvros, Greece. Its use is recommended both in salads and in cooking, as well as in frying, due to its resistance to high temperatures.
At our farm, we grow and produce Manaki extra virgin olive oil with mild cultivation methods, without spraying with pesticides and herbicides. The result of all this is an excellent product, light, mild in taste, with a characteristic fruity aroma, rich in vitamins, good fats and antioxidants.
